The clients approached us with a need for more living space as their recently purchased property required renovation both inside and out. With a new baby on the way, time was of the essence. Collaborating with the clients, we developed a concept for a new single storey rear extension, providing an open-plan kitchen and dining area.

While this may have been a smaller project, the extension has made a big impact on the family's living arrangements. Now complete, the space is being utilised by the family and has become a functional and social hub for their growing family.

Featuring a traditional form, the extension boasts large sliding doors and a lantern rooflight, ensuring plenty of natural light and space.
The kitchen's color scheme and material palette are stylish and neutral, with a striking pop of color adding a touch of personality.

The project was completed in 2022.
